Beliefs
At Holt Communications, we believe in:
- Change. Change is a sign of life – for amoebas, people and organizations alike. Resisting change is the most innate and natural reaction. It is also a waste of energy, resources and time.
- Communication. Communication is essential to change. Communication is behaviour. Good communication changes behaviour. There is no such thing as ‘no communication,’ as what we do – and don’t do – sends the only convincing message.
- Inter-connectedness. If you change one element, you change the whole system: the changes in the organization begin with changes in each individual.
