In the beginning of a coaching relationship, we often use two well-regarded personality and career assessment tools: the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® (available for individuals and teams) and the Strong Interest Inventory® (available in combination with MBTI®). We interpret the results with you and for you to communicate clearly and openly, and to make sure that our coaching is effective and relevant.
  • Value-based goals. We build our coaching on values that are uniquely yours. We explore them and map them out. You then use your value system as a filter for setting goals that are authentic, relevant and motivating, and for making decisions that are right for you.
  • Tangible results. We like to plan the work and work the plan: you have a choice of a number of coaching tools, frameworks and discussions to make each step as doable and meaningful as possible. As life happens along the way, together, we make sure that your goals remain relevant and that you keep your focus and commitment. Often, the most rewarding part of the coaching relationship is a closing session when we look at the ‘before and after’ scenarios, and can clearly see your progress.
